After experiencing the dynamics of living in a foreign country for many years, they established casa MaSSal in 2020, based on the need for experience, professionalism and people-oriented work in the sector.

Marc Sanchez Villena has more than 10 years of experience in Management and Business Development, having started working at an early age in international management in well-known multinational companies such as Hugo Boss , Inditex and Sacoor Brothers . Throughout his career, he has worked in international coordinator and managerial positions in different cities around the world.
During the last 10 years, he lived in Dubai , Lisbon , Istanbul and Barcelona , enriching his experience with these different cultures. In 2014, he established his own company in line with his studies, education and interest in investment and real estate consultancy and worked professionally in the sector, primarily as the official investment consultant of Barcelona Golf Club, in real estate and investment consultancy, and also managed the investments of the club and its members. During this process, he also advised Turkish investors in Spain and took part in the coordination of new sites and projects in the ecological construction sector. In his last project, he managed the opening and establishment of a new factory in Istanbul of a multinational Spanish company in the textile industry as a key person in all its steps. He received his MBA education from Real Estate Management and IBMI. Spanish and Catalan are his mother tongues, and he speaks Portuguese and English at a professional level.
Hilal Åženkaya Sanchez Villena has over 10 years of experience in Management and Business Coordination in multinational companies such as Inditex , which produce and sell internationally in the textile and fashion sector.
He served as a manager responsible for the entire country image of companies in both Türkiye and Spain, and during this period, he also undertook the coordination of Press Day organizations of the brands in different European countries.
During his time in Barcelona , he developed his experience in the textile sector in various international companies, in different areas such as purchasing, production coordination, sales and operations.
Utilizing the experience gained from participating in different start-up projects and his knowledge in textile, he also managed the opening of a new Turkish company in Barcelona. In his last project, he was responsible for managing all steps of the opening of a new factory to be established in Istanbul for a well-known Spanish-origin multinational company in the textile sector. He received his BA from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts Academy and an MBA from IBMI. His native language is Turkish, and he speaks Spanish and English at a professional level.
